Returns must be sent to us within 14 days along with the original receipt, a refund or replacement will then take place within 14 days.

Personalised and custom-made items are not eligible for an exchange or refund and can only be returned if faulty for a replacement.

Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items on Sale as they do when purchased at full price.
