You have the right to cancel to cancel if ordering through the website within 14 days, the cost of returning the goods will be paid by the customer.

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days along with the original receipt, a refund or replacement will then take place within 14 days.

Personalised and custom-made items are not eligible for an exchange or refund and can only be returned if faulty for a replacement.

Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items on Sale as they do when purchased at full price.
